Where healing and creativity come into focus

For more than 30 years, I navigated the corporate world at various levels, ultimately serving as a manager of a global, learning facility before walking away from my last position. That separation was not one I felt fully ready to embrace.
Looking back, the transformation was far grander and more painful than I anticipated. It unearthed wounds and traumas I hadn’t fully grasped, some I wasn’t even aware of until they began surfacing.
As I started unearthing and excavating them, they slowly, and sometimes not so slowly appeared, leaving me at times unsure how to navigate their weight. Alongside it came the profound transition of menopause, amplifying the depth of change yet guiding me toward the space I now inhabit.
Throughout my life, I have traveled the world with a thirst for learning and immersing myself in diverse cultures, from Africa and Southeast Asia to Europe, Iceland, and beyond. These journeys taught me to see life through The Lens to the Soul: a way of witnessing truth where light and shadow coexist, each revealing a moment of clarity.
Now, those lessons merge with healing practices. As a Reiki II and Integrated Energy Therapy III practitioner, I blend soulful reflection with practical wisdom, creating safe and empowering spaces where others can unlock what is hidden and embrace new possibilities.
Beyond my professional path, I find joy in blogging and writing, candle and soap making, herbalism, and exploring cultures through creative expression where creativity becomes a bridge to understanding. Each passion is a reminder that healing and creativity are inseparable threads in the tapestry of transformation.
Through my work, I invite others to pause, reflect, and discover the clarity and courage that lie within. My journey through corporate life, unexpected endings, cultural immersion, and deeply personal transitions has become the foundation for guiding others through their own.
And together, we can honor the beauty of becoming.
